9, 2, 2026, This week Halle went on the boat, then on Monday Halle went to school and then learned nothing and lifted. i had 4 tests this week. Also Grayson went to school lifted and failed a test and then had another test then went to baseball practice.

9/3/26 we both did weightlifting and we did 2 different kinds of rows and Larson press then we went on with the day then Grayson goes to baseball practice

today Grayson did nothing but i went to school and worked in weight lifting we did squat.

today Grayson and Hale had maxout on hang clean Grayson got 135 and Halle didn’t do it today

today we did bench today and Grayson got 125 and Halle got 70 and Grayson got a 85 on a since test today
10/6/26
we did front squat today in Weightlifting i got 185 and halle got 125 and i got some of my grades up
